Example of a Qualified Tip
A tip is someone who is expecting a call from a LeTip Member.
This is very important to stress to the new members. Many are so excited to be a LeTip member and they want to pass so many tips, but sometimes this can backfire. There is no easier way to cement a relationship than by doing business with someone in the group, and there is no easier way to destroy a relationship than by passing a bogus tip.
It is important to know the difference between qualified and non-qualified tips. If XYZ company has a grand opening sign in front, is this a qualified tip? Only if the member has personally spoken to Ms. Decision Maker of XYZ company and she has indicated that she wants to do business with someone in the group or is willing to take a call on the matter at hand.
