A big reason the LeTip of Salem is one of the most successful chapters in the nation is due to its consistent use of the Power Circle Philosophy. Letip of Salem has identified 9groups (Power Circles) that all Letip categories fall into. 

Time has proven that 60% of our "consistent referral business" comes from within our Power Circle. Members tend to be able to refer a lot more business within their similar categories or what we call "Power Circles".
